2. Providing your personal data to others


Our partner service providers. We may share your data to our core service partners who manage and support us such as third party delivery services to fulfil your order, our email service provider in order to send you order updates via email (and marketing emails if you have opted in), our IT service providers in order to host and operate the website, and our IT software providers in order to process your order in a secure and efficient manner. We use third party payment providers that are integrated with our website, when processing a payment with such a method (for example, PayPal), you are redirected to the third party website and usage of such is subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third party website.   2. Profile data will be retained for 2 years following the date of our last contact or dealing with you, at the end of which period it will be deleted from our systems.
  3. Sensitive data will be retained for 2 years following the date of our last contact or dealing with you, at the end of which period it will be deleted from our systems.
  4. Transaction data will be retained for 6 years following the date of our last contact or dealing with you, at the end of which period it will be deleted from our systems.
  5. Website account data will be retained for 1 years following the date of our last contact or dealing with you, at the end of which period it will be deleted from our systems.
  6. Notification data will be retained for 2 years following the date of our last contact or dealing with you, at the end of which period it will be deleted from our systems.
  7. Correspondence data will be retained for 2 years following the date of our last contact or dealing with you, at the end of which period it will be deleted from our systems.

3.3 We may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
